Our labels are produced in Switzerland and delivered to you by the Swiss Post service. An email is sent to you when your order is shipped with its tracking number.
Delivery is free for orders over 35.00 CHF. Below this amount, delivery costs are 2.90 CHF.
Please note the following approximate delivery times:
- Production time: we print your labels within 1 to 2 working days
- Delivery time: varies between 1 and 3 working days depending on the carrier*.
Your order arrives directly in your mailbox. For a successful delivery: please make sure that all your address information is filled in and correct at the time of payment.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change your address after your order has been placed. If the Swiss post cannot find your address due to errors or missing information, your package will be returned to us. Please contact our support team if this happens to you and let us know your correct address. As soon as the package is returned to us, we will organize a new shipment. Please note that it can take several weeks for your package to be returned. -
How much does shipping cost?
All our packages are shipped using Swiss post priority plus. We apply either a basic rate, or a special rate which you can benefit from if the value of your basket reaches a certain amount. The shipping costs are as follows:

*Once your order leaves our production facility, it is handed over to our delivery partner. Stickerkid has no influence and is not responsible for any delays in delivery. Nevertheless, our partner is regularly audited and evaluated in order to offer you the best possible experience.
