Egg-citing DIY – creative easter workshop

Do your toddlers love to color Easter eggs? Let’s get creative this year and create more than only the usual five colors you get at the super market. Create your own personalized Easter eggs!

Who says that you can only use the given colors pure? Mix similar colors together and create your very own color nuances. Red with yellow, yellow with blue and blue with red... the result is a wide variety of shades! Some more tricks? Leave the eggs for different lengths of time in the colored water, or dip only part of the egg in the colour...

We have experimented with blue, yellow and green and colored our eggs in very gentle color gradations!

If you feel like it and the eggs are already dried, dip a brush into the paint and spray colorful speckles on the eggs. Doesn't that look magical?
